Alignment & Authenticity
What Are They — and Why Do They Matter?
True healing isn’t about finding the right fix. It isn’t something you discover in a pill or outsource to someone else.
Real healing requires attention and intention. It asks you to pause. To step back. To honestly examine who you’ve become — and how you got there.
Over time, we accumulate layers of conditioning. Family expectations. Cultural narratives. Survival strategies. Roles we learned to play in order to belong, succeed, or stay safe. These patterns shape how we move through life — often unconsciously.
Alignment is the process of recognizing what is truly yours and what is not. Authenticity is the courage to live from that place.
Many traditional therapeutic approaches focus on symptom reduction and behavior change. While these can be helpful, they don’t always address the full human experience — the emotional, relational, somatic, energetic, and spiritual dimensions that make you who you are.
When healing includes the whole of you, transformation becomes possible — not just coping.
Within the containers and programs offered by Nicole, you are invited to show up fully. To gently unravel old programming. To reconnect with your inner wisdom. To return to your natural alignment and embodied authenticity.
Not to become someone new — but to remember who you’ve always been.
Work Rooted in Breath, Body, and Earth
Each offering is designed to help you feel more present in your body, more aligned with your own rhythm, and more attuned to the life around you.
Sessions hold space for reflection, movement, and practical guidance, while honoring the pace you need.
Our minds are part of our existence. And my intention is to invite people to come, bring all of themselves and everything that they've brought to this moment to the experience of breathing, to use the breath…
to come back home
to come back to themselves
to regulate
…and then from there, we can begin to develop a sense of stability and steadiness that can help people withstand all the changes and all the ages of the lifespan.

Core Offerings

Counseling and Guidance Containers
Structured counseling programs offered within set timeframes, including initial and closing evaluations and consistent weekly sessions.
Sessions support emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and self-inquiry in ways that engage mind, body, and spirit.

Mindfulness Meditation
Individual and small-group sessions focused on developing an accessible meditation practice.
This work supports attention, emotional balance, and embodied awareness, with guidance on bringing mindfulness into daily life.

Somatic Breathwork
Trauma-sensitive breathwork sessions grounded in nervous system awareness and body-based regulation.
These sessions invite release, clarity, and reconnection through carefully guided somatic experience.

Integration and Insight
A 12-week counseling container for those exploring microdosing as part of their personal growth. This work does not involve providing or recommending substances.
It offers a safe, informed, trauma-aware space to explore intention, emotional response, and integration alongside professional counseling support.
"It's not about taking the breath.
It's about receiving the breath."
-Amber Voiles
Where the Work Begins
People often arrive here after years of trying to think their way through change.
They may be capable, insightful, and deeply reflective, yet still feel unsettled in their body or stuck in familiar patterns. They may sense that words alone are no longer enough.
This work meets that moment.
Through counseling, mindfulness, breathwork, and guided integration, we attend to the full human experience. Thoughts, emotions, sensations, and lived experience are all welcome here. The goal is not to push or bypass, but to create conditions where steadiness, clarity, and self-trust can develop over time.
In this work, we slow down. We feel into the breath. We notice tension and release it. We connect with rhythms larger than ourselves… the Earth, natural cycles, and the web of life around us.

Meet
Nicole Siri Martin
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and integrative practitioner with decades of experience working across schools, hospitals, community settings, and private practice.
My professional training includes counseling, mindfulness meditation, somatic breathwork, and guided integration. My understanding of this work is also shaped by lived experience, personal inquiry, and years of walking alongside others in their most vulnerable moments.
I have witnessed firsthand that healing often requires more than conversation.
It requires grounding, attention to the body, and the courage to be present with what is sometimes uncomfortable, sometimes beautiful.
My work is about creating a space where that presence can unfold naturally, where doing less allows insight and alignment to emerge.
Much of this work happens closer to the ground. On a cushion. On a mat. In a steady relational space where doing less allows something essential to emerge.
“We are what we think.
All that we are arises with our thoughts.”
